📋 Description

• Develop analyses of traffic, mobility, roaming, devices, QoE, and customer experience • Build strategic dashboards and KPIs • Automate recurring engineering processes • Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines • Integrate data from multiple sources, including network, market, regulatory, and customer experience data • Produce statistical and predictive studies • Support Engineering’s digital transformation initiatives • Generate insights for network investment, quality, and capacity decisions • Interpret complex scenarios and connect information from different sources • Explain analyses to technical and executive audiences • Collaborate with Planning, Optimization, Operations, IT, and other internal client teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Applied Mathematics • Graduate degree in Analytics, Data Science, Telecommunications, or Artificial Intelligence preferred • Basic knowledge of or experience with a telecommunications operator • Basic knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile networks • Knowledge of mobile network KPIs • Knowledge of voice and data traffic • Knowledge of mobility • Knowledge of QoE (Quality of Experience) • Knowledge of roaming • Knowledge of coverage and capacity • Knowledge of mobile devices • Knowledge of ANATEL concepts and quality indicators • Required knowledge of SQL, Applied Statistics, Data Analysis, BI and Visualization, Power BI or Tableau, executive dashboards, dimensional modeling, and storytelling • Knowledge of APIs, systems integration, data pipelines, process scheduling, Git, and cloud environments preferred • Ability to interpret complex scenarios and connect information from different sources • Ability to identify new data sources, methodologies, and automation opportunities • Ability to explain analyses to technical and executive audiences • Understanding that analysis should drive action and results • Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and projects simultaneously • Ability to identify opportunities without relying exclusively on direction • Ability to work with Planning, Optimization, Operations, IT, and other internal client teams
