📋 Description

• Coordinate influencer campaigns from initial setup through delivery • Manage several campaigns simultaneously and ensure deadlines and outputs are achieved • Create and maintain campaign records and tasks in the project management platform • Manage creator communications, availability checks, deliverable follow-ups and reminders • Check influencer selections, campaign briefs, agreements and submitted content for accuracy and quality • Track delivery schedules, content requirements and usage permissions • Follow account team campaign instructions and priorities • Support client meeting preparation, share updates and capture follow-up actions • Maintain complete and current project records • Work within systems for workload monitoring, campaign margins and outreach reporting • Apply documented operating procedures • Raise campaign, client, capacity, quality or people risks to the appropriate manager • Participate in coaching, quality reviews and post-campaign learning sessions • Complete onboarding and development goals, progressing toward Senior Campaign Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Background in digital or influencer marketing, creator partnerships, project coordination or agency campaign delivery • Experience with both paid and unpaid creator programmes, such as product gifting, seeding or ambassador activity, is beneficial • Comfortable working with software, structured processes and operational tools • Able to juggle competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail • Strong spoken and written English communication • Constructive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn • Confidence using AI tools and modern operational systems
