• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes • Prepare HR related correspondence such as contracts, memos, and reports • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between HR and other departments • Track attendance, leaves, performance documentation, and compliance requirements • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and updating candidate records • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance on HR related matters • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR programs • Ensure confidentiality and proper management of sensitive HR information
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or related roles • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance standards • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality • Experience in remote or international HR support is an advantage
