📋 Description

• Assist with client communication through email, chat, and phone • Manage calendars, property showings, appointments, and follow ups • Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and disclosure forms • Maintain CRM records, update client information, and track leads • Support listing preparation including photo coordination, MLS updates, and marketing materials • Research properties, neighborhoods, and comparable sales when needed • Assist with lead nurturing and outreach activities • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners • Create reports, summaries, and updates for sales teams or brokers

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate support, sales coordination, or related roles • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation • Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, or CRMs is a plus • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Self motivated and able to work independently while supporting sales teams
