• Assist with preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer information • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, and follow ups • Respond to basic client inquiries and direct more complex issues to the sales team • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and support forecasting activities • Organize digital files, contracts, and documentation for easy access and compliance • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives • Support lead qualification and outreach efforts when needed • Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to overall sales productivity
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related positions • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently • Customer service mindset with a professional and positive demeanor • Experience supporting remote or international sales teams is a plus
