📋 Description

• Capture and code supplier invoices • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes • Prepare payment runs for approval • Reconcile supplier statements • Answer supplier queries • Own supplier invoices for a UK business from receipt to payment • Keep suppliers paid correctly and on time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable or creditors • Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) • Familiarity with UK VAT (nice to have) • Experience with Dext or Hubdoc (nice to have) • Experience with expense claims (nice to have)
