📋 Description

• Raise and send customer invoices and credit notes • Allocate customer payments and reconcile the ledger • Chase overdue accounts by email and phone • Prepare debtor ageing reports • Resolve invoice queries with customers and colleagues • Keep the debtors ledger accurate for a UK business • Own invoicing and help get customers paid on time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable, debtors or credit control • Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage • Strong Excel skills and numeracy • Clear, professional written English • Attention to detail and reliability • Experience with UK VAT invoicing • Familiarity with Stripe or GoCardless • Experience with month-end close
