📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for a UK business • Take inbound calls and resolve queries • Make outbound follow-up calls where needed • Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM • Follow scripts and compliance requirements • Meet quality and call-handling targets • Provide callers with a clear, helpful and professional experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a call centre or phone-based role • Clear spoken English with a professional manner • Experience using a CRM or dialler system • Typing speed and accuracy • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) • Experience with Five9, Aircall or similar (nice to have) • Experience in sales or collections calls (nice to have) • Previous work with UK customers (nice to have)
