📋 Description

• Enter and update records in CRM and spreadsheets • Check data for errors and clean duplicates • Reconcile records against source documents • Maintain consistent naming and formatting standards • Report data issues and suggest fixes • Own the accuracy and quality of UK business data • Apply with a CV and a short note on why the role suits you

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data entry, data admin or records work • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters • High typing speed with excellent accuracy • Strong attention to detail • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce (nice to have) • Familiarity with Airtable or similar databases (nice to have) • Experience with data cleaning (nice to have)
