📋 Description

• Maintain a controlled register of documents and versions • Check new documents against naming and approval rules • Archive and retrieve records quickly on request • Chase approvals and sign-offs from document owners • Audit folders regularly and fix errors • Own document versions, approvals and filing so the UK team works from the right file

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in document control or records management, with examples of tidy version control • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox • Strong attention to detail • Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace • Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Experience with ISO-style quality systems (nice to have) • Familiarity with Confluence or Notion (nice to have) • Experience writing filing guidelines (nice to have)
