📋 Description

• Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders • Prepare payment runs for approval • Reconcile bank statements to the ledger each week • Maintain tidy finance records and filing • Answer routine supplier and staff finance queries • Own the day-to-day finance administration keeping a UK team's books accurate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance or bookkeeping administration, with examples of accurate month-end support • Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage • Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables • Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace • Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Experience with Dext or Hubdoc (nice to have) • Familiarity with UK VAT (nice to have) • Experience supporting month-end close (nice to have)
