📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from prospects • Qualify customer needs and recommend the right product or service • Quote, close sales and process orders accurately • Log every conversation and follow-up in the CRM • Hit weekly conversion and response-time targets • Work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Use modern, cloud-based tools while working from home • Support prospects as the first voice they hear when contacting the UK business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in inbound sales, telesales or customer service • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho • Clear, friendly spoken and written English • Comfort working to targets • A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection • Experience selling to UK customers (nice to have) • Familiarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall (nice to have) • Experience handling live chat (nice to have)
