📋 Description

• Raise and track purchase orders • Request quotes and compare supplier prices • Chase suppliers on delivery dates and confirmations • Match orders, deliveries and invoices • Maintain supplier records and purchasing reports • Keep purchasing running smoothly for a UK business • Work with a UK team using modern cloud-based tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply administration • Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as Xero or NetSuite • Strong numeracy and attention to detail • Clear written English for supplier communication • A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection • Experience negotiating with suppliers (nice to have) • Familiarity with three-way matching (nice to have) • Experience with Excel reporting (nice to have)
