📋 Description

• Own tasks, timelines and updates across a UK team's projects • Maintain project plans, tasks and timelines • Run weekly check-ins and capture actions • Chase owners and clear blockers • Prepare status updates for managers and clients • Keep project documents organised and current • Use modern, cloud-based tools to work from home • Communicate with and support a UK-based team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects or tasks across a team • Experience with a project tool such as Asana, Trello or Monday.com • Strong written English and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage several deadlines • A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection • South African talent eligible to work remotely from South Africa • PMP, Prince2 or similar certificate (nice to have) • Experience in a marketing or software team (nice to have) • Familiarity with Gantt charts (nice to have)
