📋 Description

• Reconcile bank accounts to the ledger daily or weekly • Match payments to invoices and investigate differences • Prepare supplier statement reconciliations • Post adjusting entries for approval • Keep a clear log of open reconciling items

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with bank or ledger reconciliations, with examples of clearing variances • Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage • Strong Excel skills • Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace • Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Experience with multi-currency accounts (nice to have) • Familiarity with Dext or Hubdoc (nice to have) • Experience with month-end checklists (nice to have)
