📋 Description

• Book and reschedule appointments and meetings • Match staff availability to demand across UK time zones • Send reminders and confirmations • Resolve clashes quickly and politely • Keep the scheduling system and shared calendars accurate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating schedules or bookings, with examples of managing busy diaries • Familiarity with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly • Clear, friendly written English • Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace • Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Experience with rota or shift planning (nice to have) • Familiarity with Acuity or Setmore (nice to have) • Experience with a CRM (nice to have)
