📋 Description

• Turn the founder's vision into an actionable plan • Run the company week to week • Hold every leader accountable to their numbers • Champion the company culture • Lead the rebuild of operations, processes and the leadership team • Lead division heads across delivery, client conversion and growth, account management, AI systems and product, and finance • Report to the founder • Operate as the company's EOS Integrator

🎯 Requirements

• Has led a team or division of roughly 15+ people, including managers • Has owned a P&L, budget or delivery numbers, and can name before-and-after results • Has removed or moved a leader out of a seat • Can work 9:00 to 17:00 US Eastern, Monday to Friday, full time, with no second job • LATAM candidates: English at C2 level, with proof (EF SET 71+, Cambridge C2 Proficiency, or IELTS 8.5+) • Not currently the owner of an agency with active clients • Bachelor's degree • Strong plus: Has run EOS (Integrator seat) or a similar operating system • Strong plus: Agency experience in SEO, web, paid media or healthcare marketing • Strong plus: Experience with medical, dental or aesthetics practices • Strong plus: Has led remote teams across several countries • Strong plus: Has been through an agency acquisition, or prepared a company for sale • Strong plus: Uses AI tools in their own work • Resumes must be submitted in English
