📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Google Ads accounts. • Build, launch, monitor, and continuously improve Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSAs) campaigns for U.S. local service businesses. • Monitor CPL, cost per qualified lead, qualified lead volume, and ROAS. • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results. • Identify opportunities to increase budgets, launch additional campaigns, explore Performance Max, and grow accounts profitably. • Direct an assigned assistant responsible for conversion tracking and landing page design. • Ensure conversion tracking and landing pages are properly implemented. • Optimize campaigns for qualified leads and booked jobs. • Document successful strategies, optimizations, and workflows. • Share regular performance updates, flag issues, and communicate opportunities and risks proactively. • Work closely with the internal team in a hands-on backend role focused on campaign management and measurable results.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously. • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses, demonstrated through account examples, case studies, or performance data. • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets in the $5,000–$50,000 range. • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, conversion tracking, lead quality, and optimization strategies tied to business outcomes. • Solid English communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail. • Proactive, self-sufficient approach with responsibility for accounts and early problem identification. • Genuine interest in Google Ads and passion for improving campaign performance through testing, analysis, and continuous optimization. • Must be available to work U.S. Eastern business hours. • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, WhatConverts, ClickUp, or similar tools. • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media platforms. • Experience directing or collaborating with specialists responsible for conversion tracking and landing page development. • Solid knowledge of Google Local Services Ads (LSAs). • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country. • Resumes must be submitted in English.
