📋 Description

• Create social media graphics, LinkedIn ads, display ads, web banners, and other digital marketing assets • Create and update landing pages and marketing pages using WordPress and Elementor • Create emails and other marketing assets in HubSpot • Handle basic design and website updates when needed • Create PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, Word templates, proposals, and information-heavy business documents • Design flyers, posters, trade show graphics, banners, T-shirts, and other branded materials for print and physical formats • Help maintain a consistent visual identity across channels • Organize brand guidelines and templates • Contribute to branding and rebranding projects • Incorporate Claude, Gemini, GPT, and AI image-generation platforms into design workflows • Manage multiple projects and priorities • Communicate clearly with the team and adapt to changing needs • Take projects from brief to final delivery independently

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong experience with corporate and B2B marketing design • Portfolio demonstrating versatility and range, including creative projects, corporate/B2B examples, presentations, one-pagers, marketing collateral, business documents, and designs balancing visual appeal, clarity, and functionality • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency • Experience working with existing brand guidelines and applying them consistently • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience with Figma • Experience with WordPress and Elementor, including basic website troubleshooting • Experience designing landing pages and emails in HubSpot • Comfortable using and learning AI tools as part of the design process • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work full-time within approximately 2 hours of U.S. Mountain Time • Resumes must be submitted in English • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country; applications from outside LATAM, including the U.S. and other regions, will not be considered
