📋 Description
• Lead a cross-cultural team of analysts, consultants, investment professionals, lawyers, and other business professionals to execute a multi-year program • Ensure the project is implemented to Renew Capital’s standards, adhering to the contract, and delivering results • Be accountable for project outcomes and evaluated on the quality of deliverables and ability to accomplish project targets on time and within budget • Oversee and drive the execution of a key development project by achieving results and meticulously delivering on all project milestones • Develop and lead a team of project analysts • Continuously improve and manage a collaborative company-wide M&E and reporting system • Help develop and facilitate Renew Capital’s core gender-smart programs by training SMEs • Liaise to design and test interventions fulfilling project requirements • Provide coaching and technical assistance to a consortium of entrepreneurs • Prepare and review project reports for clients • Manage communications with clients and run internal and external project meetings • Report to and collaborate with executive management team
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance or development is preferred • 5+ years of management consulting and/or finance experience • Consulting experience in both the private sector and with an international development firm focused on gender equality is a plus • Experience managing grant-based projects • Proficiency in writing reports in English • Strong project management skills – certification in project management is a plus • Exposure to the finance or private equity world • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability
