📋 Description
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements. • Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products, and process improvements. • Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation. • Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. • Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities. • Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Operations. • Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products. • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams. • Strong skills in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and process modeling. • Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes. • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. • Fluent English (spoken and written). • Preferred Experience • Experience in international fintech or banking environments (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia). • Exposure to lending products, payments, BNPL, or digital financial platforms. • Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
