• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. • Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers. • Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. • Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. • Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. • Generate sales reports and present them to the management team.
• Bilingual with English as the primary language. • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
