📋 Description

• Leidinggeven aan Virtual Key Account Managers en Medical Connection Agents in verschillende projectteams voor farmaceutische opdrachtgevers • Analyses en managementrapportages maken voor opdrachtgevers • Impact van projecten inzichtelijk maken en maximale klantwaarde genereren • Klantbeheer en stakeholdermanagement op projectniveau • Samenwerken met Business Excellence, HR, Finance, IT en collega-Business Leaders • Rapporteren aan de Executive Director van de BeNeLux • Projectleider zijn van verschillende projecten die door de sales teams worden uitgevoerd • Primair aanspreekpunt zijn voor farmaceutische opdrachtgevers

🎯 Requirements

• Erkende HBO/academische kwalificaties • Bewezen staat van dienst in de farmaceutische industrie • Ervaring met sales management, inclusief het aansturen van een field sales team • Ervaren manager/coach met farma sales managementervaring • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden • Ervaring met data-analyse, aanbevelingen doen en rapportages opstellen • In staat om geloofwaardig te presenteren aan senior managers in de farmaceutische industrie • In staat om meerdere projecten voor meerdere doelgroepen, merken en farmaceuten tegelijk uit te voeren • Vaardig met AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, Claude of Co-pilot • Vaardig met MS 365, inclusief Teams, en andere algemene kantoorsoftware
