📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and efficiently • Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and work toward appropriate resolutions • Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with established guidelines • Handle objections, resistance, and difficult customer conversations professionally • Maintain consistent and appropriate follow-up with customers • Accurately document account interactions, payment arrangements, and updates • Follow all applicable collections policies and compliance requirements • Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive account information • Work toward individual and team collections performance targets • Deliver a professional customer experience while working toward account resolution • Complete the recruitment process stages: resume review, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, and live interviews

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO, contact center, or professional collections experience • Experience handling inbound and outbound collections calls • Experience handling delinquent or past-due accounts • Experience negotiating payment arrangements or resolving outstanding balances • Knowledge of FDCPA and U.S. collections compliance requirements • Fluent English communication skills • Fluent Spanish communication skills • Experience working toward individual or team collections KPIs • Third-party collections experience is preferred • Previous remote or work-from-home experience is preferred • Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia • Must have the equipment and internet connection required for reliable remote work • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • Minimum 16 GB RAM • i5 processor or higher • Additional monitor • Webcam • Wired USB headset • Stable, reliable wired Ethernet internet • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • Candidates must submit their resume in English • Candidates must have the required workspace necessary to work reliably from home
