📋 Description

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day • Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments • Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare • Build trust and rapport with patients • Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy • Accurately document every interaction • Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals • Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements • Work schedules within Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST operating hours

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience • Confidence speaking with people throughout the day • Ability to work toward measurable goals and KPIs • Ability to multitask between multiple systems • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated • Communicates with empathy and professionalism • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • 16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam and headset • i5 processor or higher • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • All resumes must be submitted in English • Preferred: appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center experience, Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software
