📋 Description

• Provide customer service through phone, email, chat, and social channels • Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, billing questions, and product information • Enter customer and order information into internal systems • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations • Complete every stage of the hiring process: resume and pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, and client interview

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills • Customer service or call center experience preferred • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems • Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred • Flexible and team-oriented attitude • Must be comfortable working with your camera on during the entire shift • Must be comfortable working weekends and flexible schedules as needed • Advanced English proficiency • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Experience experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Professional attitude and ability to multitask • Strong computer literacy • Must have an additional monitor, a USB headset, and a stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection • All resumes must be submitted in English
