📋 Description

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities • Manage accounts payable posting and cash postings • Prepare and post payroll journal entries • Record and maintain accruals • Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies • Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows through automation and AI-driven solutions • Complete the application form and upload a CV • Participate in a one-way video interview • Speak with a Recruitment Specialist about experience, availability, earnings, and the role • Review independent contractor hours, pay, and contract terms • Participate in client matching, interviews, and feedback processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • 3–5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on full-cycle accounting responsibilities • Strong experience with Accounts Payable (AP), cash postings, payroll journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial statement review • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Sage Intacct experience is a strict requirement • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accounting processes • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Process-improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
