📋 Description

• Review and interpret clinical information and documentation accurately • Understand clinical terminology, concepts and relevant information • Assess documentation for completeness, accuracy and consistency • Identify discrepancies, missing information and areas requiring further attention • Apply established guidelines and processes when reviewing clinical documentation • Maintain accurate records and complete work to the required standard • Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity • Communicate clearly when clarification or additional guidance is required • Learn and apply new clinical information, processes and procedures effectively • Exact responsibilities and whether the position includes documentation support only or clinical decision-making will be confirmed

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Psychology, Clinical Psychology or a related clinical or healthcare field • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, would be desirable; exact qualification requirement to be confirmed • Strong comprehension and analytical thinking skills • Ability to understand, interpret and learn complex clinical information • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently and maintain focus • Reliable, diligent and consistent approach to completing tasks • Sound judgement and ability to recognise when guidance or clarification is needed • Previous experience reviewing clinical or healthcare documentation is advantageous • Experience in healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) is advantageous • Exposure to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or similar clinical environment is advantageous • Experience identifying documentation gaps, inconsistencies or quality concerns is advantageous • Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare processes is advantageous
