📋 Description

• Create professional marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, service sheets, and other promotional assets • Design polished visual content for a professional U.S. business audience • Create engaging and relevant LinkedIn content • Develop LinkedIn content targeted at logistics managers, shipping managers, transportation managers, operations leaders, and transportation and logistics executives • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications • Use Zoho or a comparable CRM/email marketing platform to manage mass email campaigns • Assist with audience targeting, campaign messaging, and follow-up communications • Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into clear, professional visual concepts • Ensure marketing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand and services • Work independently and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously • Learn and adapt to new CRM and marketing systems • Identify opportunities to improve marketing content, campaigns, and communication • Complete application, CV upload, and one-way video interview as part of the recruitment process • Participate in a recruitment call covering experience, availability, earnings expectations, and the role • Interview with matched clients with ReWorks support and facilitation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in a Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Specialist role • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional marketing and design work • Proven experience creating professional brochures, LinkedIn content, email marketing campaigns, service-based marketing materials, and professional visual marketing assets • Strong hands-on design skills with the ability to create polished, high-quality visuals • Experience marketing services, rather than exclusively physical products • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation • Ability to create content targeted at senior decision-makers and business professionals • Experience using Zoho or a comparable CRM and email marketing platform • Experience managing mass email campaigns and follow-up communications • Ability to learn and adapt to new CRM systems quickly • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work • Ability to work independently without requiring repeated direction • Ability to work US hours, 4 hours per day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST • Independent contractor arrangement
