📋 Description

• Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes. • Review documentation, reports, and case materials for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards. • Use QA audit tools and platforms, including CentralReach, to evaluate performance and identify gaps. • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases. • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. • Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards. • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation. • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, actionable insights for stakeholders. • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools. • Participate in the recruitment process, including application, one-way video interview, recruiter discussion, client matching, interview preparation, and feedback stages.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a similar role preferred. • Experience in ABA or healthcare is highly advantageous. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable reviewing large amounts of information and identifying discrepancies. • Strong spreadsheet and computer skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. • Strong follow-through and accountability. • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines. • Comfortable providing professional and constructive feedback to team members. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work US hours (9am–5pm EST). • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
