📋 Description

• Execute complex mid- to large-scale IT project implementations with limited oversight • Lead technical analysis, solution implementation, system integration, and infrastructure deployment • Coordinate planning, testing, documentation, and deployment activities • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements • Manage assigned tasks through formal closeout • Conduct discovery to define requirements and scope • Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams across the project lifecycle • Act as a technical escalation point for delivery challenges • Collaborate with engineering and functional teams to design and implement solutions • Contribute to technical documentation, standards, best practices, and continuous improvement • Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders • Serve as a primary project communication contact and facilitate meetings, status updates, and reviews • Manage client expectations and coordinate with third-party vendors • Support QA processes, validate implementations, and improve checklists and validation methods • Integrate AI and automation tools throughout the project lifecycle • Use AI-assisted tools for documentation, requirements analysis, technical validation, risk identification, and optimization • Use automation frameworks, scripts, orchestration tools, APIs, and reusable playbooks to enable scalable deployments • Apply AI and automation pragmatically while maintaining data security and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in project engineering, technical project delivery, or infrastructure roles • Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, or IT transformation projects • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and endpoint management • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, DNS, Windows Server, and Azure cloud architecture • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions • Experience in MSP or client-facing environments preferred • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills • Preferred certifications include AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, VCP-DCV or equivalent, and PMI, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications
