• Actively prospect companies and potential clients • Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn • Use prospecting tools • Identify business opportunities • Present RHF Talentos' services • Negotiate and close contracts • Follow up throughout the sales process
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Strong communication skills • Proactivity and initiative • Organizational skills • Commercial mindset • Results-oriented • Eagerness to learn and grow • No prior experience required • Availability during regular business hours • Independent contractor arrangement (PJ)
