📋 Description

• Align job profiles with clients • Actively source candidates across different platforms • Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments • Prepare candidate evaluation reports • Present qualified professionals for open positions • Follow up on recruitment processes with clients and candidates • Develop talent attraction and talent-mapping strategies • Maintain relationships with companies and professionals in the market

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate-sourcing techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented profile • Completed or ongoing higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields • Preferred: experience in HR consulting • Preferred: experience recruiting for strategic, technical, or leadership positions • Preferred: knowledge of DISC and competency-based interviewing • The “Education Requirements” section also lists a high school diploma
