📋 Description

• Post job openings on various platforms • Source candidates through LinkedIn and talent databases • Screen resumes • Conduct competency-based interviews • Administer and analyze behavioral assessments • Prepare interview evaluation reports • Follow recruitment processes through to the successful placement and position closure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection • Experience in an HR consultancy will be considered an advantage • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, among others) • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn • Knowledge of behavioral assessments • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables • Availability to work remotely • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
