📋 Description

• Lead and review medium- and high-complexity accounting processes in accordance with CPC/IFRS standards • Validate monthly closings and accounting books • Perform analyses related to the calculation of IRPJ and CSLL under the Actual Profit (Lucro Real) tax regime • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports • Support clients and participate in technical meetings and external audits • Support the technical development of junior analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices • Identify inconsistencies and opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls • Participate in system implementation, standardization, and accounting transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Solid experience in accounting • Strong knowledge of accounting closings, reconciliations, and financial statements • Experience with companies under the Actual Profit (Lucro Real) tax regime, including analyses related to IRPJ and CSLL • Knowledge of Brazilian and international accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as TOTVS, SAP, or similar platforms • Technical autonomy, analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to support clients and collaborate with remote teams • Experience in accounting firms, BPO, or outsourcing • Experience working with medium-sized and large companies • Experience with external audits • Knowledge of SAP • Postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Controllership, or Taxation • English proficiency for interaction with clients and international operations • Experience in process improvement and system implementation
