📋 Description

• Develop and update financial models, forecasts and budgets, and perform scenario analyses • Monitor periodic results (actual vs. budget), identify variances and propose corrective action plans • Prepare management reports, executive dashboards and presentations for the Board of Directors and sponsor • Support strategic planning processes, target-setting and KPI development • Consolidate information from multiple departments, ensuring integrity, traceability and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies • Collaborate on the monthly financial close with Accounting, Controllership and Tax teams • Contribute to continuous improvement, process automation and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning / controllership • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis • Experience in BPO companies or financial consulting firms • Analytical, organized and data-driven profile • Ability to interact with executive management and strategic areas • Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting with a high level of responsibility.

• PJ contracting (independent contractor) • Compensation range: BRL 8,000 to BRL 10,000 (depending on experience and seniority)
