📋 Description

• Design, configure, and continuously improve SAP Concur solutions and integrations based on business requirements • Work closely with Global Process Experts and Key Users to accelerate workarounds and resolve high-priority incidents • Provide solution architecture alignment and develop conceptual models for application interfaces • Lead and actively contribute to task forces addressing complex issues, root causes, and system stabilization • Perform second-level support and third-level maintenance activities, including structured problem and root cause analysis • Support Travel, Expense, and Invoice processes • Contribute to global HR processes and technologies including employee information, payroll, time tracking, talent management, analytics, and workforce planning • Report directly to the Head of Human Resources Software Configuration and work as part of the Human Resources IT Product team

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field • Many years of professional experience working with SAP Concur environments in international companies • Extensive knowledge of SAP Concur and its integrations with SAP ERP systems, including ECC and S/4HANA • Experience supporting global business applications and integrations • Experience supporting Key Users and end users with solutions such as ServiceNow and/or SAP Solution Manager/CALM • English – fluent • Knowledge of ABAP programming is considered an advantage • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or experience with payroll or time and attendance solutions is considered an advantage
