📋 Description

• Proactive client engagement: Responsible for creating and managing new client mandates in DATEV, ensuring data quality and smooth operational processes • Review and improve processes: Identify optimization opportunities in workflows and consistently implement improvements • Use modern software solutions to automate and scale work processes • Client-oriented approach: Clear and understandable communication with clients • Contribute to shaping the firm: Drive automation and structural development and actively help build a future-focused tax advisory practice

🎯 Requirements

• Tax expertise: Solid knowledge in taxation and a passion for innovative solutions • Technical understanding: Experience with DATEV. Enthusiasm for digital processes is highly valued • German (C1–C2) and English (B2–C1) proficiency, spoken and written
