• Design, develop, and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and scripts to meet requirements. • Support analysis and definition of functional and technical requirements. • Partner with stakeholders to define solutions and translate business needs into platform designs. • Develop test scripts; support UAT and production deployments. • Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations. • Conduct code reviews and collaborate on enhancements and projects. • Develop and support ITSM/CSM capabilities (portal, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, catalog). • Maintain platform health, including upgrades and performance tuning. • Promote data integrity and security through sound design and governance. • Provide end-user support and training.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow experience (configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support) • Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL/ITSM processes • Strong communication, documentation, and training skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
