âą Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications âą Research, troubleshoot, and support multiple SAP modules for global clients âą Diagnose serious issues and develop, test, package and deliver fixes âą Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting âą Work closely with customers to understand their needs and support business change âą Configure, present and discuss best practices and functionalities of the SAP WM and MM modules âą Support client customizations and share best practices advice âą Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment
âą 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP experience particularly with MM/WM Modules âą 5 to 9 years of direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment âą A track record of successful roles in SAP implementations, roll-outs or application support âą Relevant working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes âą Analytical, logical problem resolution skills âą SAP certification(s) preferred âą Knowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and SAP architecture âą Demonstrable history solving complex problems across multiple modules.
