📋 Description

• Gestión de cuentas estratégicas: Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes clave en el territorio asignado. • Seguimiento comercial: Garantizar comunicación activa para lanzamientos, eventos y oportunidades. • Cumplimiento de objetivos: Alcanzar metas de ventas y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. • Asesoramiento consultivo: Ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente. • Expansión de cartera: Promover productos y servicios adicionales para incrementar el valor de la cuenta. • Onboarding y soporte: Guiar a los clientes en el uso de productos, asegurando una experiencia óptima. • Colaboración interna: Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de marketing, operaciones y soporte. • Análisis de gestión: Elaborar reportes e indicadores clave para la toma de decisiones. • Forecast y planificación: Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales basadas en proyecciones.
