📋 Description
• Administrar y dar soporte a plataformas Microsoft, incluyendo Microsoft 365 y servicios de identidad • Administrar Windows Server y la gestión del Tenant • Gestionar la activación de licencias • Atender incidencias y realizar el escalamiento de casos ante Microsoft
🎯 Requirements
• 1 a 3 años de experiencia • Participación comprobable en al menos dos (2) proyectos de naturaleza similar • Conocimiento en administración y soporte de Microsoft 365, servicios de identidad, Windows Server y administración de Tenant • Experiencia en activación de licencias, gestión de incidencias y escalamiento de casos ante Microsoft • Titulación profesional • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y manejo técnico
