• Impulsar la calidad de software de productos digitales • Asegurar lanzamientos estables y eficientes • Diseñar y gobernar la estrategia integral de pruebas manuales • Liderar, mentorizar y coordinar al equipo de QA • Impulsar la transición hacia la automatización • Trabajar en sinergia con las células de desarrollo y Producto • Monitorear y reportar los indicadores de calidad
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ años en Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA) • 1-2 años liderando equipos de testing • Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum) • Diseño de planes y casos de prueba • Bases de datos SQL • Certificación ISTQB (deseable)
