📋 Description
• Handle incoming leads from social media and marketing campaigns • Conduct consultations with French-speaking professionals interested in Canadian immigration • Assess candidate eligibility for Express Entry and Francophone immigration pathways • Coordinate webinar registrations and client follow-ups • Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and social media • Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems • Assist with local networking and professional outreach activities • Work closely with our backend immigration and language training team
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent French communication skills • Good English communication skills • Strong communication and sales abilities • Professional attitude and customer service skills • Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and social media • Good organizational and follow-up skills • Experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, sales, or customer service is an asset
