📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams • Structure and close CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with company ROI targets • Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates • Provide affiliates with tools and incentives to scale • Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI and player acquisition value • Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols • Work with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels and player retention • Scale SEO traffic across DACH, Canada, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Turkey, Morocco, and the UK

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing • Must bring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters • Proven success navigating diverse markets, including the UK, Italy, Southeast Asia, LATAM, and MENA • Deep understanding of SEO metrics • Ability to use tracking platforms and analytics tools to evaluate traffic health • Expert-level negotiation skills • English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher • Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment • Speed and precision in execution
