📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize tax implications, including CIT, WHT, PIT, gambling tax, and indirect taxes • Tax structuring of local and cross-border transactions • Collaborate with finance, legal, and regulatory teams to address tax-related matters • Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors, ensuring high-quality support within budget • Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities • Monitor legislative changes in international taxation and assess their practical impact on the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory role within Big 4 or a reputable law firm • Law degree • Fluent English (both written and spoken) • Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle complex tax and legal matters • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box • Experience in structuring transactions for companies operating under FSIE and similar regimes (Will Be a Plus) • Strong understanding of OECD Model Tax Convention commentary and related items (Will Be a Plus)
