📋 Description

• Own customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful completion • Manage implementation projects to deliver on time, within scope and to a high standard • Lead customer meetings and workshops to understand business requirements, processes and objectives • Translate customer requirements into solution configurations and implementation approaches • Provide customer training and guidance on effective platform use • Act as a trusted advisor using supply chain expertise to provide practical recommendations • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and customer expectations • Apply supply chain management and supply chain risk management knowledge to customer engagements • Bring industry knowledge and best practices into customer projects • Apply project management and PMO principles across customer engagements • Manage project planning and backlogs, identify risks and dependencies, and manage them through resolution • Maintain project documentation and contribute to internal implementation best practices • Collaborate with Customer Care, Product and other delivery teams to improve processes and customer experience • Support Sales during pre-sales with implementation and supply chain expertise • Contribute to solution scoping, estimates, proposals and implementation planning • Participate in customer discussions and demonstrations • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues • Improve implementation methodologies, templates, documentation and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, supplier management, sustainability, supply chain operations or supply chain risk • Experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, project management or similar role • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and challenges • Demonstrable experience managing projects, workstreams or customer engagements from start to finish • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Fluent English, written and spoken • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Experience specifically within Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) (highly desirable) • Experience implementing or working with supply chain risk management, procurement, supplier management or compliance technology/software (highly desirable) • Previous experience with a supply chain risk management software provider or consultancy (highly desirable) • Experience with platforms or solutions for supplier risk, supply chain resilience, third-party risk or supplier intelligence (highly desirable) • Previous experience as an Implementation Consultant, Functional Consultant, Project Manager, PMO or Business Consultant (highly desirable) • Knowledge of supply chain risk, supplier resilience, geopolitical risk or third-party risk management (highly desirable)
