📋 Description

• Prepare and execute test strategy, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications such as Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud and custom apps. • Define test environment and test data requirements and collaborate with development team to ensure availability. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations. • Prepare, automate and execute regression test cases ensuring maximum test coverage. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrations. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and identify defects early. • Conduct sanity tests ensure systems are production ready. • Track and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience of at least 5 years in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications. • Experience of preparing test plan and writing test cases • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations. • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar). • Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation. • Experience of conducting load and performance tests. • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Hands on experience of using JIRA and similar tools. • Experience of playing client facing role. • Certifications: Provar Automation, Selenium WebDriver
