📋 Description
• Help clients open and maintain trading accounts • Answer enquiries by email, phone and internal channels • Make welcome calls and follow-ups • Explain trading platforms and services; troubleshoot MetaTrader issues • Resolve back-office and account enquiries and handle complaints • Liaise with internal teams and escalate complex cases • Support marketing with translations and events when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Japanese, written and spoken • Fluent English (B2+) • University or college degree • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with CRM, email platforms and MS Office • Able to work independently and under pressure • Customer support / CRM experience
