📋 Description

• Lead project teams • Take responsibility for complex TGA (technical building services) projects • Specify products and systems for technical system planners • Implement planning for new build and refurbishment projects in service phases 1–7 in accordance with HOAI • Size, calculate and draft building services systems and installations in line with HOAI • Maintain legally compliant project documentation for all contract-relevant matters • Actively participate in internal and external planning meetings • Proactively communicate with clients and principals about project developments • Conduct product research and provide technical advice • Manage and control projects, including schedule and budget management • Negotiate and manage contracts

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in building services engineering, industrial engineering, or a technician/master craftsman qualification with a planning background • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in TGA (technical building services) • Knowledge of Revit desirable • High interpersonal skills and tactful approach • Strong communication and analytical abilities • Strategic mindset • Solid knowledge of contract management and negotiation skills • Commitment and a hands-on approach
